"I called Greg in summer of 2023 to help us with mortice hardware on our front door that was giving us a problem. we purchased it from him in 2006 (I think.) He had us in his records, he was on the phone to support us (my installer and me) while our installer worked to replace the old mortice with new one. Greg went above and beyond to help us get our door working again."
